CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.
Buyers are subject to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related regulations.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If not delivered within this period, the contract may be terminated.
The product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the order, and accompanied by the warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the product cannot be supplied, the buyer must be notified within 3 days, and the payment must be refunded within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR
If the buyer fails to make payment or cancels the payment, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED USE
If, after product delivery, unauthorized card use is detected and payment is not made, the product must be returned within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the Buyer.
DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, the situation shall be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or choose to wait. If payment was made in cash, it will be refunded within 14 days; if made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the bank, which may take 2–3 weeks to reflect it in the account.
BUYER’S DUTY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. If the product is damaged, a report must be filed with the shipping company. A product accepted without such a report is considered undamaged.
If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with its invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. Notification of withdrawal must be made using the contact details below:

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts upon signing the agreement. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service performance has begun.
Return costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 14 days and ensure that the product has not been used.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The product, packaging, accessories, and return form must be returned in full and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Following the receipt of the withdrawal notice, the payment and any related documents shall be refunded within 10 days, and the product shall be collected within 20 days.
Any damages caused by user error must be compensated. The user is not responsible for defects arising from proper use.
If the refund causes the total purchase amount to fall below the campaign threshold, the discount will be revoked.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
Products prepared in line with personal needs,
Products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons,
Products whose packaging has been opened,
Electronic services and digital content.
Likewise, cosmetic products, software, CDs/DVDs, and similar items whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
DEFAULT
In case of default on credit card payments, the bank may charge interest and additional costs. The Buyer is responsible for all losses incurred due to delay.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment may be made via bank transfer/EFT.
Online payment and installment options are available. The amount will be charged to the credit card at the end of the order process.
